1. Perishable Items

  • Due to the nature of our food items, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery or pickup.

  • Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team.

2. Refunds

  • Once we receive and verify a valid complaint, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping or delivery fees are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective items.

3. Cancellations

  • Orders can be canceled before preparation begins.

  • Orders canceled after preparation has started or after delivery cannot be refunded, but replacements may be offered in case of quality issues.
