At Fresh Basket, your satisfaction is important to us. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully to understand how we handle product issues.

1. Perishable Goods

  • Due to the nature of fresh products (fruits, vegetables, dairy, bakery), returns or exchanges are only accepted if the item is damaged, spoiled, or incorrect at the time of delivery.

  • Please report any issues within 24 hours of receiving your order by contacting our support team.

2. Non-Perishable Items

  • Non-perishable products can be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, please contact us with your order details and reason for the return.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where we shipped the wrong or defective items.

4. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be canceled before dispatch. Please contact us as soon as possible to request cancellation.

  • Once dispatched, cancellations are not accepted, but returns may apply as per the above guidelines.
