Prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
We aim to ensure all product information is accurate, but occasional errors in descriptions or pricing may occur.
In case of an error, we reserve the right to correct it and revise your order accordingly.

3. Orders & Payment

Orders are confirmed only after payment is successfully processed.
We accept major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, and cash on delivery (where available).
Fresh Basket reserves the right to cancel any order due to stock issues, payment problems, or suspected fraudulent activity.

4. Delivery & Pickup

Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on location, weather, or other factors beyond our control.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses. Failed deliveries due to incorrect information may incur additional charges.

5. Returns & Refunds

Perishable goods (fruits, vegetables, dairy, etc.) are not returnable unless damaged or spoiled at the time of delivery.
Non-perishable items can be returned within 7 days in original condition with proof of purchase.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after approval.

6. User Responsibilities

You agree not to misuse our services, including attempting to disrupt operations or access systems without authorization.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and login details.

7. Limitation of Liability

Fresh Basket is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.
Our total liability in connection with any claim will not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
