We deliver within Mumbai city limits and nearby suburbs.
For areas outside our coverage, please contact us for special arrangements.

2. Delivery Times

Orders placed before 3 PM are typically delivered the same day.
Orders placed after 3 PM will be delivered the next business day.
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.

3. Shipping Charges

Delivery is free for orders above ₹500.
For orders below ₹500, a delivery fee of ₹50 applies.
Any additional charges for express delivery or special requests will be communicated at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

After your order is confirmed, you will receive a tracking number or delivery updates via SMS or email.

5. Delivery Issues

Please ensure the delivery address and contact details are accurate.
If no one is available to receive the order, our delivery partner may attempt one redelivery. Additional charges may apply.
